Property in Buckinghamshire: Indenture of agreement

Indenture of agreement between John Robelard and William Cokebell. By charter remaining in the custody of Edmund atte Naldre the said John granted the said William all his garden in Cyppeham. William now grants for himself and his heirs that, as long as they wholly and peacefully obtain and have a certain place of land of the said John previously acquired, the aforesaid charter is to be null, provided that if by the said John of his heirs or anyone in their name or by defect of warranty the said William or his heirs are disturbed or impleaded in respect of the said place of land, being a curtilage between the said garden and the messuage of John le Waufrer, the charter is to hold good and it shall be lawful for the said Edmund to deliver the charter and the garden to the said William.
