Grant by Richard le Daye, called atte Welle, of Cippenham, to Alexander Carselake, called le Daye, of the same, of a cottage with a curtilage in Cyppenham lying at le Eldefelde between a cottage of John de Cyppenham on the north and a garston of Edmund atte Aldre called Dyrigarston on the south and the land of John Colewelle on the east and the common called le Eldefeld on the west.
Witnesses: John de Cippenham, John Doghty, Richard le Parker, John Godale, Richard the Clerk.
Cippenham.
Seal, round, 12mm, red wax, on doubled tag. Virgin and child, a flower. A legend.
