Indenture of lease by Nicholas Carter, of Burnham, and Robert atte Lee, of the same, to Richard Watte, of Cyppenham, of an acre of arable lying in a field of Syppenham in a cultura called le Westsondregles between the land of the abbess of Burnham on the south and the King's way leading from Maydenythe to Colbrok on the north, which they had of the gift of Robert atte More, of Burnham, and Alice, his wife. Two seals, natural colour wax, on doubled tag.
