Content description
Indenture between John Colwell of Cyppenham, husbandman, and Thomas Selbe, of the same, labourer. Whereas the said John is bound to the said Thomas in 5 marks sterling payable at Easter next, as by a bond fully appears, the said Thomas grants that if he and his heirs enjoy and have a tenement with a curtilage in Cyppenham, according to the form of a charter, without disturbance from the said John, then the bond is to be null.
