Indenture of lease by William Powghle, of Burnham, husbandman, to Richard Rokeby, of the same, of 6s rent of assise yearly issuing from a tenement and virgate of land of Thomas atte More, of Cippenham within the parish of Burnham, together with 12d rent of assise issuing from 4 acres of land which Richard Robert, of Cippenham, holds in the parish aforesaid. From Michaelmas next for 21 years. Paying 7s of yearly and quit rent and a rose of St John the Baptist's day, if required.
