Grant by William Coterall, vicar of Harowe, clerk, to William Lewyn and Joan, his wife, of Sippenham, of 3 acres of arable, one piece of arable and 2 furrows of arable, lying severally in Pynnore within the parish of Harowe in divers fields there, and a croft of arable called Morescrofte; one of the 3 acres of arable lying in the field called le Longfeld in the furlong (tellus) called le Benefurlong at Le Coppedthorne between the land of William Redyng on the east and that of John the clerk on the west, extending on Le Werpeway on the north and the land of Thomas Rede on the south, another acre lying in the field called Dounfeld in Litlyngton between the land of William Blakwell on the north and that of Thomas Nele on the south and that of John Byrde on the east and the meadow called Werdene on the west, another acre lying in the field called Everesden between the land of William at Hegge on the west and that of William Merssh on the east, and the piece of arable lying in the field called Dounefeld between the land of Thomas a Downe on the south and that of John Clerk on the north and the way leading from Pynnore to Northall on the west and the meadow called Werdene on the east, and one of the furrows lying in the field called le Dounfeld between the land of William Aleyn on the north and that of Thomas Rede on the south and the common way leading from Pynnore to Northall on the west and the meadow of John Clerk on the east, and the other furrow lying in the same field between the land of John Clerk on the east and the field of Rysslep on the west and the land of Richard Barnett on the north and the meadow called le Wardene on the south, and the croft lying enxt the croft of John Payn on the east and the King's way on the west and south and the land of Richard Merssh on the north. The grantor had the premises, together with John Cauche, now deceased, by grant and purchase from divers persons in Pynnore.

Seal, round, 19mm, red wax, on doubled tag. Armorial, a lion rampant. The shield surrounded by a cusped border. A legend.
