Grant by William son of William Russel, of Dachet, to dominus Richard de Denton, rector of the church of Dachet, of a messuage with a curtilage adjacent and a grange in Dachet, the messuage between a tenement of the rectory on the east and one of John Erlich on the west, abutting from the rectory on the north to the King's way on the south, the grange between a tenement of Thomas Mayn on the east and the rectory on the west and a croft of Robert Ament on the north and the land of Thomas Mayn on the south.
Witnesses: Sir John de Molyns, Knight, Robert de Dachet, John Merry, William Russell, father of the grantor, John Erlich, John de Huntercomb, Thomas de Foxlee, constable of the castle of Wyndesore.

Seal, round, 18mm, red wax, on doubled tag. Four leaves or a flower of four petals.
