Grant by William de Denton, to Geoffrey de Lodelawe and Margery, his wife, of a messuage with curtilage adjacent and a grange in Dachet, the messuage situated between the tenement of the rectory of the church of Dachet on the east and the tenement of William Aylrich on the west, abutting from the said rectory on the north towards the King's way on the south; the grange situated between the tenement of John Meyn on the east and the said rectory on the west and a croft of Robert Amant on the north and the land of John Meyn on the south.

Seal, oval, 27 x 23 mm, red wax, on doubled tag, a flattened impression. A Virgin and child and another figure beneath a Gothic canopy; underneath, a praying figure.
