Indenture of grant by John Gloucetere, vicar of Dachet, Richard Erlyche and John Hunte, of the same, with the assent of Walter Mayhowe, of the same, to William Buggele, of the same, of 2 acres of arable with half of a hedge in le Westfeld of Dachet, 1 acre with half the hedge lying in Midfer' between the land of William Wyot in breadth on both sides and extending in length from the King's way on the north to the land of John Lyncoln on the south, ½ acre lying in Ramfurlong between the land of William Wyot in breadth on the west and the land of John Lyncoln on the east, abutting on the King's way leading from Dachet to Wyndesore on the south, and ½ acre in the same furlong, in breadth between the land of John Lyncoln on the west and the land of Maud Carpenter on the east, abutting on the land of William Wyot on the north; which were among lands they lately had of the gift of Walter Mayhewe. Rent, to be paid to Walter Mayhowe, 8d and 1d for all other secular services customs and demands. The grantee acknowledges that if the rent is 15 days in arrears, Mayhowe may enter and distrain.
