Appointment by William Berenger, of Yellyng, co. Middlesex, and Maud, his wife, of William Aylwyn, of Dachett, as their attorney to deliver to Richard Hopton, clerk, seisin of a house with other buildings and a garden adjacent in Dachett and 10½ acres of land in the same parish and 10 acres of land which Robert Whytle of Dachett now has and which he holds by indented charter of enfeoffment and 2 acres which Margaret Breknok keeps in pledge and bail.
