Grant by John Walter, of Burnham, to Richard Hopton, clerk, of London, of a toft in Dachett between the messuages of Alice Denton on the west and the garden of the lady of Seynt Helens which was late in the tenure of John Pownfrett on the east, abutting on the garden of John Appulton on the north, which he had together wiht John Stapull of Bekenesfelde and John Lyncoln of Dachett, now deceased, of the gift of Roger Hunt, "scherman" of New Windsor, and William Russell, of Dachett, by charter of 10 February 1450. Appointment of Nicholas Roche, of Eton, as his attorney to deliver seisin.
