Grant by William Ketell and John Butler, of Eton, to the College of all their lands, tenements, rents, reversions and services in Fernham Verdon, Burnham, Heggeley, Bekenesfeld and Stoke, co. Bucks, which they lately had of the grant of Roger Lupton, clerk. And appointment as their attorneys to deliver seisin.
Two seals, round, red wax, on doubled tags.
(1) 11mm. ? a bell shaped flower, the head hanging.
(2) 14mm. I B.
Endorsed that seisin was delivered on 4 April 1527, witnesses: John Golston, clerk, William Ketell, William Wagge, John Alfyld, John Horsman, Nicholas Tubman, Richard Wrigilsworth, William Kevyll, John Butler, tylemaker, Richard Cryps, Thomas Spikernell, Clement North.
