Indenture of bargain and sale by George Blackwall, of Mauncefeld in Sherewodde, co. Notts, gentleman, to Roger Lupton, clerk, Provost of Eton, of all his right in a messuage, 200 acres of arable, 13 acres of meadow, 200 acres of pasture, 20 acres of wood and 19s rent in Stoke Poges, Estburnham, Westburnham, Upton, Chalveie, Dorney, Sipnam and Farnham which he had, together with Katherine, his wife, now deceased, of the gift of William Blakewall, cousin and heir of Robert Blakewell, late deceased; together with all evidences relating to the property, which are to be delivered by Michaelmas next.
