Demise by Robert Stokes, William Adens, Hugh Lyne, William Tudwey, Richard Fuller and Nicholas Tubman, of Eton, to Agnes Mason, widow, of Eton, John Alfeld, of the same, and John Laukok of 2 messuages and 60 acres of arable, meadow and pasture in Dorney, and a close of pasture in Boveney and an acre of wood in Burnham, co. Bucks, and all those messuages, lands, tenements, etc. which were late of Agnes Pulney in Dorney, Boveney and Burnham of the gift of John Pulney, her husband, now deceased.
All the premises they had lately of the gift of the said Agnes Mason, in her free widowhood. To hold, the said Agnes Mason, John Afeld and John Laukok for the use of the said Agnes from the chief lords of the fee for the services due. With warranty.
Six seals, red wax, on doubled tag.
(1) oval, 14 x 12mm. ? virgin and child.
(2) round, 13mm, a device.
(3) rectangular, 12 x 8mm, a device.
(4) oval, 14 x 10mm, I T.
(5) oval, 13 x 10mm, surmounted by a tree a shield of arms; a chevron, a label.
(6) rectangular, 12 x 9mm, T.
