Grant by Thomas ate Dene and Maud, his wife, to William de la Lee, son of the late Alyne de la Lee, John de Chykewelle and Alice, his wife, of a half acre of arable in Farnham in the field called Heythornewrthe, lying in breadth between the land of Hugh Batayle on the north and that of Nicholas le Waryner on the south, extending on the demesne land of the demesne of Cippenham on the west and on the King's way which leads from Farnham to Wyndesore on the east.
Witnesses: Richard de Ditton, Hugh Batayle, Walter de la Lee, Peter de Chauncews, Richard Vyel, John Edward, Hugh de Grymesdell.
Farnham.
Two seals, natural colour wax, on doubled tags.
(1) round, 22mm, right side broken away, a device.
(2) only a fragment.
