Grant to Ralph de Hemenhale of a yearly fair on his ground at Burnham for five days, to wit on the morrow of the feast of the Blessed Mary Magdalene and for four days following, provided the same is not ot the harm of neighbouring fairs.

The Great Seal, natural colour wax, on doubled tag, somewhat chipped at edges.
