Grant by Edmund Edward, of Farnham, to Edmund le Carpenter, of the same, of a piece of garden and 2 gores and a butt of arable in Farnham, the piece of garden lying in la Bourhawe between the land of John le Hayward towards the east and that of the said Edmund le Carpenter towards the west and extending in length to the south on the said gores of land and to the north on the land of the said John Hayward which lies within la Bourhawe, and the 2 gores and butt lying in the croft called Grymesdelle between the land of John Hayward on the east and the King's way from Bekenesfeld to Windsor on the west, extending in length to the south on the land of John le Rede and to the north on the said garden called la Bourhawe. The grantor had the premises as next heir after the death of Alice de Grymesdelle and Agnes, her sister, his aunts, who died without heirs of their bodies.
