Content description
Grant by Thomas Pykelove, of Dorneye, and Agnes, his wife, and Joan atte Grove, of Chalfounte St Peter, to Edward [perhaps Edmund] Carpunter, of Farnham, of a croft of arable called Cocsutecroft in Farnham, lying in breadth between the path which leads from la Seyre towards Farnham on one side and the croft of Sir Thomas de Middelton on the other side, extending in length from the grove sometime of William Wyleye to the say of the said Sir Thomas; and two gardens in Bernham, one extending on the land of the said Edward on the east and that of Sir Thomas on the west, and the other lying between the land of Sir Thomas on the east and the west.

Three seals, round, natural colour wax, on doubled tags.
(1) 20mm, beneath a crown I H S.
(2) 11mm. W.
(3) 20mm. Armorial, the shield within a square cusped border. The arms indistinguishable. A legend.
