Grant by John de Dene, of Stoke, to Hugh de Altoftes of a piece of his grove at Pytebrugge in Stoke, lying in length between the land of Robert de Pytebrug on one side and the land sometime of William de Pytebrugge on the other, one head extending towards the south (austrum) on the land of the said William and the other towards the south (meridiem) on to the grove of the said Robert; and a way extending from the road lying next le Templewode in Stoke through the middle of the field of Robert de Pytebrugge to the said grove of the grantee so that he may have free passage for his carts whenever he likes.
