Grant by Robert de Pitebrugge to John de Chikewelle and Alice, his wife, of all his grove in Stoke Pogeys between the grantor's garden on the north and the grove of John de Keynes on the south and the grantor's field on the west and his land called Wydecroft on the east; also a piece of arable in the said vill containing in length 23 perches and in breadth to the south 2½ perches and to the north 1 perch, and extending in length to the south on the land of Geoffrey Merre and to the King's way which leads from Bekenesfeld towards Wyxebrigg on the north and lying in breadth between the grantor's land on the east called Wodecroft and the grove of John de Keynes and le Medegref on the west.
