Grant by Margery, relict of Hugh de Keynes, to William de la Lee, son of the late Alyne de la Lee, John de Chikewelle and Alice, his wife, of all the part of a grove in Stoke which she had from Hugh, her husband, which he acquired from Robert de Pitebrugge, lying at Pitebrigge between the grove of John de Keynes, her son, on the north, and that of John de Chikewelle on the south, extending at one head on to the field called le Wydefeld and at the other on to the land called le Hayecroft.
Witnesses: Walter de la Lee, Walter de Chaunceus, John Sampson of Huggele, Richard Viel of Brocherst.
