Grant by John son of Hugh de Altoftes to Richard Viel of a piece of his grove at Pytebrugge in Stoke, lying in longitude between the land of Robert de Pytebrugge on one side and that sometime of William de Pytebrugge on the other, one head extending towards the south (austrum) on the land of the said William and the other towards the south (meridiem) on the grove of the said Robert; also a way extending from the road which lies next le Templewode in Stoke through the middle of the field of Robert de Pytebrugge to the said grove of the grantor, so that he may have free passage for carts whenever he likes.
