Grant by (John Taunce erased and ) John Lymbottesey, of Bekenisfeld, to Ellen Geffrey, late the wife of Henry Smert, deceased, of Bekenisfeld, of all that tenement in Bekenisfeld lying between the tenement of John Snell on the south and that of Nicholas Colyngbourne on the north and west and the King's way leading from the middle of Bekenisfeld towards Messendon on the east which the grantor(s) had of the gift of the said Henry Smert.
