Grant by Thomas Webbe, of Eton, yeoman, to Roger Lupton, clerk, Provost, of a messuage in Langley Marreys, which he had of the gift of Elizabeth, his late wife.
Seal, oval, 12 x 10mm, red wax, on doubled tag. A fleur de lys.
Endorsed that on 23 April following Thomas Webbe delivered possession to John Tudwey on behalf of the grantee.
Witnesses: Nicholas Risborrowe and John Risborrow.
