Quitclaim by Clemency, late the wife of Damyan Goffrei, of Sutton in the parish of Evere, to John her son, of the same, of all her right in a place of land and curtilage with a house adjacent between the land of John Lorimer on one side and the land of the grantor on the other, abutting towards the east on the common way which is called Morstrate and towards the west on the land of the grantor.
