20 February 1368
Indenture of agreement between John Damyan, of Suttone in Eure, and John Drayton, of Horton. Drayton grants that if he and his heirs have and hold in peace all the lands and tenements which fell to Damyan and Emma, his wife, after the death of Hugh atte Wyk, father of Emma, within the domain of Horton, then 5 acres of arable with a meadow adjacent in Eure, with which Damyan had enfeoffed Drayton, are to be redelivered to Damyan and the charter in the meantime held for null. Damyan grants that if Drayton of his heirs are molested by him or Emma or their heirs in respect of the lands in Horton, then the 5 acres with the meadow are to remain in Drayton. The 5 acres lie as follows, one in le Newynninge, two in le Blakemore, one with the meadow adjacent on Hapenhull, and one in Suttonefeld on the cultura called Stonhull.
