Grant by John Damyan, of Sutton in Ever, to John de Bery, of the same, of a toft lying between the grantor's land on the north and that of the said John de Bery on the south, containing in length fifty two feet and in breadth nine feet, at the east head lying next the King's way and at the other abutting on the land of the said John de Bery.
