Grant by John Pakynton, of Sutton in Evere, to John London and Nicholas Aylewarde of a toft in Evere, late of Richard Colyn, and two acres of arable called Nasshespeese in Suttonsouthfelde next a path called Rythlane and an acre in the same field called le Foreacre and half an acre on Denefurlong, late of Nicholas Spykotte and four acres of arable in le Muchelmore, late of Thomas Noreys, senior, of Colbrook.
