Grant by Thomas Canon, Richard Canon and John Algoer to Thomas Hynderlyng alias Dyer, of Eton, and Thomas at Lee alias Tanner, of Colbrok, of all the lands and tenements they had conjointly with William Goion, now deceased, in the parish of Evere of the gift of Thomas Pakynton, late of Sutton in Evere, except half an acre in Brokfurlong and another half acre in Longfurlong, sometime of Roger Laurence.
Witnesses: Adam Goodale, John Fenwyk, William Forde, John Wylde, Laurence Smyth.
Colbrok.
Three seals, red wax, on doubled tags.
(1) Round, 13mm, ? a hound with long tail.
(2) A bad impression, perhaps octagonal, about 10mm.
(3) Round, 11mm, beneath a crown a ? heart, between ?I and A.
