Indenture of lease by William Westbury, Provost of Eton, to William Aylwyn, of Upton, and Joan, his wife, of all lands and tenements in Evere which they lately had of the gift of Thomas Hynderlyng alias Thomas Dyer, of Colbroke, and Thomas at Le alias Thomas Tanner, of the same; for their lives in survivorship. Rent a peppercorn.
