Six deeds copied on one membrane endorsed Copies of Charters for certian lands and tenements in Wyknefelde for Thomas Smyth of Glastonbury. The date probably not much later than that of the latest deed, viz 1374.
Grant by William son of Robert de Hoo, of Estchote, to Richard son of Henry le Wyte, of the same, and Agnes, his wife for 7s silver, of a piece of land containing 6 perches in length and 2½ perches in breadth, lying between the grantor's land on the north and the land of Christine le Smyth on the south, extending from the grantor's land at the western head to the King's way leading from Estcote to Windsor at the eastern head. Rent 3¾d.
Witnesses: Thomas atte Frit, William de Bonefel, Robert le Rede, Thomas le Bede, John Serjant, Gilbert le Smyth, Richard le Tayllour.
