Indenture of grant by Robert Broun, of Wynkefelde, to John Benet, son of William Benet, of the same, of a cottage in Wynkefeldestret between the land of John Kyng, carpenter, on both sides in breadth, extending in length from the King's way to the land of John Kyng, butcher. For the service due to the chief lords of the fee, and a rent to the grantor and Margery, his wife, for their lives in survivorship of 20d.
