Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to Sarah Staples, of New Windsor, co. Berks, widow and executrix of Alexander Staples, gentleman, deceased, upon surrender of her former lease of all their lands meadows leasures and pastures at Rudsworth in Stanwell, co. Middlesex, reserving all woods and underwoods and liberty of entry. From Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent £3 6s 8d and 2 quarters 4 bushels of wheat and 3 quarters 3 bushels of malt.
