Property in Buckinghamshire: Quitclaim of land and tenements

Quitclaim by the lord William Waynflete, bishop of Winchester, William Westbury, Provost of Eton, and Edmund Brutnell, of Agmundesham, to Katherine Poughle, daughter and heir of William Poughle, of all their right in all the lands and tenements in Stoke Poges, Burnham, Boveney, Upton, Chalvey and elsewhere in co. Bucks, which were sometime of the said William Poughle, deceased, and which he lately had of the demise of the said William Westbury and Thomas Jourdelay, of Eton.
Witnesses: Ralph Legh, Richard Tylney, Thomas Wolfe, Walter Bright, esquires.

Three seals, red wax, on doubled tags.
(1) A bad impression, Christ and kneeling Mary, trees behind.
(2) Round, 16mm, straw adhering. Armorial, the College arms, the shield surmounted by an angel's head and outstretched wings.
(3) Only a trace of wax survives.
