Indenture of bargain and sale by John Alceter and Agnes, his wife, cousin and heir of John Frenche (that is to say, daughter of John, son of the said John), to Roger Lupton, clerk, of 4 meses 100 acres of arable 60 acres of pasture 20 acres of meadow and 30 acres of wood in Fernam Royall, Fernam Verdon, Burnham, Bekennysfyld, Hegeley and Stoke Pogis, with all evidences pertaining thereto, to be delivered before the Purification next.
Two seals, red wax, on doubled tags.
(1) Oval, 20 x 17mm, on the right Christ or a saint with right hand raised in blessing, on the left a kneeling figure. A legend.
(2) Round, 11mm a classical profile.
