Quitclaim by John de Ulfeswyck and Maud, his wife, to Simon de Poughel and Isabel, his wife, and the heirs of Simon of all his right in 24s 4d rent and a moiety and a fourth part of an acre of meadow in Bournham, Chippenham and Bretewell.
Witnesses: Miles de Bewchamp, Knight, John de Ibbestock, Thomas de Meddenham, John de la Londe, John Lonckin.
Mussenden.
Two seals, round, dark green wax, on doubled tags.
(1) Originally about 20mm, half the right side and bottom lost. Amorial (?).
(2) 17mm, a profile within a circle, within a pattern of two superimposed squares.
