Indenture of grant by Richard atte Churche, of Burnham, to Richard le Smyth, of Burnham, of a messuage and curtilage which he lately had of the gift of the said Richard, situated between a messuage of the grantee, sometime of Robert le Chapman, on the south and a messuage of William Merk on the north and the land sometime of Ralph Est on the east and the King's way leading through the middle of Burnham on the west. To hold for his life with remainder to William Merk, son of the late Ralph Merk.
Witnesses: Nicholas de Amberden, John de Brutewell, Robert de Cippenham, Richard Andreu, Gilbert atte Wich, Richard atte Lente, William Cres, John atte Hulle, Richard the clerk.
