Grant by John Chapman, son of Robert Chapman, of Burnham, to Richard le Smith, son of Robert le Smith, of the same, of a part of a cottage and a part of a curtilage in Burnham between a part of a cottage of the said Richard on the north and a tenement of John le Poleter on the south, extending from the King's way leading through the middle of the town on the west to the land sometime of Ralph Hest.
