Grant by Nicholas Sturjon, King's chaplain, and John Berkyn, yeoman of the King's larder, to John Hylle and John Lee, of Burnham, of a messuage with a curtilage in Burnham between land sometime of Ralph Est on the east and the King's way on the west and a tenement of William Coke on the south and a tenement late of Robert Lymbutsey on the north.
