Indenture by which John Hylle, of Burnham, butcher, and John Lee, of the same, butcher, agree that if they have and enjoy a messuage with a curtilage in Burnham between the land sometime of Ralph Est on the east and the King's way leading through the middle of Burnham on the west and a tenement of William Coke on the south and a tenement late of Robert Lymbutsey on the north without molestation from Richard Rokeby, of Burnham, yeoman, then a bond by which the said Richard is bound to them in £10 shall be void.
