Grant by John Hylle, senior, and John Lee, of Burnham, to William Brond, of Britewell, John Walter, of Estburnham, and Richard Robert, of Cippenham in Burnham, of a messuage with a curtilage in Burnham between a tenement late of Robert Lymbotsey on the north and a tenement late of William Cook, now of Thomas Gardener, on the south, extending in length from the King's way leading through the middle of Burnham on the west to the land of the abbess of Burnham called Dawes Est on the east.
Witnesses: Thomas Ramsey, esquire, William atte Gate, Richard Rokeby, Thomas Carter, John Lewyn.

Two seals, octagonal, red wax, on doubled tag.
(1) 15 x 13mm, a boar's head.
(2) 12 x 9mm, beneath a crown and between sprigs I.
