Quitclaim by Thomas Gardener, William Gardener, junior, and John Gardener, son of William Gardener, senior, of Bekynsfeld, to Richard Dene, of Burnham, of all their right in a messuage with a tenement and garden adjacent in Burnham adjacent in Burnham in Burnham Strete between a tenement late of Henry Baker, now of Thomas Selby, on the north, and a tenement of Robert Manfeld and the houses of Maud Wexton on the south, extending at one head on the pasture called Dawyseste on the east on to the high street of Burnham leading through the middle of the town towards Wicombe on the west, which he had of the gift of John Aldrich and which the latter had of the gift of the said William.
