Property in Buckinghamshire: Quitclaim of messuage with tenement

Quitclaim by John Wattys and John Lewen, senior, to Richard Dene of all their right in a messuage with a tenement and garden adjacent in Burnham between a tenement late of Henry Baker, now of Thomas Selby, on the north and a tenement of Robert Manfeld and houses of Maud Wixton on the south, one head abutting on the pasture called Dawysest on the east and the other on the high street leading through the middle of Burnham. The said Wattys and Lewen, together with Robert Manfeld, esquire, have granted to William Gardener all their lands and tenements in Burnham and Hucham, which they, together with John Stapull, had had of the gift of Thomas Gardener.
