Grant by Walter Bryzthe, of Dorney, esquire, and John Skotte, junior, gentleman, to master Richard Alfred, clerk, and Richard Dene of 1½ acres of arable, the acre lying in Dewstraw in the fee of Hucham abutting on the demesne land of Hucham on the west, on the field of Burnham on the east, on the land of John Hyll, of Burnham, on the north and on the demesne land of Hucham on the south, and the half acre lying on the cultura called Waterdell and abutting on the land of the abbey of Burnham on the east. The grantor had the premises of the gift of John Carter, son and heir of Thomas Carter, of Burnham.
