Grant by Thomas Fowler, of the King's household, esquire, Thomas Restwold, esquire, and John Gogh, late of the household of King Edward IV, yeoman, to John Berton of a tenement or messuage with a barn and garden adjacent in Burnhamtoun between a tenement of Richard Dene on the south and a tenement of Drugo Brudenell, esquire, on the north and the closes of the abbess and convent of Burnham and of Robert Aldryche on the east and the King's way leading through and middle of Burnham on the west. And appointment by Fowler and Gogh of Restwold as their attorney to deliver seisin.
