Grant by John Hill and Thomas Lee, of Burnham, to Robert Dene, labourer, Christian, his wife, and Agnes, his daughter, of Burnham, of a messuage with a tenement and garden adjacent in Burnham in Burnham Strete (as in ECR 35 100), which they had of the gift of Richard Dene.
Witnesses: Robert Redde, dominus Richard Sperman, rector of Hucham, Richard Alderyche, Richard Wexton.
