Grant by Robert Dene, of the parish of St Nicholas in Rochester, co. Kent, for a certain sum of money, to Roger Lupton, clerk, of a messuage with a garden adjacent in Burnham in the street called Burnhamstrete between a tenement late of John Berton, now of the Provost of Eton, which Muriel Rede holds for her life on the north and a tenement of John Manfeld and houses late of Maud Wexton on the south, extending at one head on the pasture called Dawyseat on the east and upon the other street of Burnham leading through the middle of the town towards Wycombe on the west; and 4 acres and a butt of arable lying in the fields of Burnham. And appointment of William Kettell and Thomas Long as his attorneys to deliver seisin.
