Grant by John Edward, of Farnham, to John de Chykewelle and Alice, his wife, of half an acre of arable in exchange, lying in the croft called Hulcroft in breadth between the land of the said John de Chykewelle on both sides and extending in length from the croft of Robert ate Nokedell on the south to the croft of John de Chykewelle on the north.
