Witnesses: Sir William de Bereford, Knight, sir Walter de Cornubia, Knight, Walter de Aylesburi, William Merre, Walter de Teppelawe, Hugh Bataille, Robert son of Walter.

Seal, round, 30mm, green wax, on plaited pink silk cords, a little chipped at edge.
obv. Equestrian [...MUNDI) COMITIS CORNUBIE
rev. Armorial; within a bordure of pellets a lion rampant crowned. The shield slung from the beak of a demi-eagle, displayed.
