Counterpart of indenture of grant by William de Pytebrigge, of Stoke, to William atte Lee, of Farnham, and Alice, relict of John de Chykewelle, of a grange and a croft called le Wydecroft, a croft called le Haycroft, a croft before the grantor's gate, a croft called le Rudynge and a croft of Templewodegate called le Pyghtel. For their lives.

Two seals, round, 16mm, reddish wax, on doubled tag.
(1) Within a cusped border, two hands holding up a heart.
(2) A device, ?an animal. A spotted border.
